1 Hoping to share their Mexican heritage with citizens in the U. S
Hoping to share their Mexican heritage with citizens in the U.S., José and David Cáceres opened La Panadería in San Antonio, Texas, in The bakery, which specializes in handmade bread and pastries inspired by Mexico’s Golden Era, or Epoca de Oro, also draws influence from French, Italian, and American breadmaking techniques. La Panadería’s unique approach to breadmaking includes a 48 to 72-hour fermentation process that results in artisan bread and pastries unlike any other.  La Panadería was gearing up to open their second location in San Antonio in 2017 and was in need of a digital team to help secure awareness. With social advertising, influencer relations, & social media activations around the opening of the downtown location, La Panadería’s Instagram page gained 1.3K+ new followers & a 496% increase in engagement. B&B executed a social media contest to promote the grand opening of the downtown location. This contest received 300+ entries, & reached over 12K people. La Panadería brought B&B Bytes on board to help grow their overall digital footprint & elevate their social presence to another level with the growth & expansion of their second location in San Antonio. Through targeted social advertising campaigns, influencer activations, contests and community management tactics, the B&B team has seen tremendous success establishing the second location. Within three months of partnering with B&B, the La Panadería Facebook Page has received over 1 million impressions, and their Instagram account has garnered over 7.9k engagements. B&B executed Facebook LIVE for their downtown location grand opening. This post gained 9.4K views, received 288 comments, and reached over 20K people.
