As each number moves to the right, the value increases times 10. For example, the 2 in the ones place has a value of 2. If we move that 2 to the tens place it will now be worth 20 (2x10). The number times the place its in gives the value of the number.
Power of 10 Rules:
33-When 2 numbers are together and the same, they are 10 times greater or lesser
303- The 2 numbers are the same and separated by different number, the 2 like numbers are 100 times greater or lesser.
