2. You will not often find a medieval Tuscan mill transformed into a wonderful villa in Chianti like this one. It has been fully restructured in 1999 respecting its historical legacy. Dating back to the 11th century and later on added onto as a mill this Tuscan farmhouse is suited both for a full time life in Tuscany or to become your dream vacation home.

4. The property has a Tuscan villa on two levels that features very luminous and ample rooms, currently being rented as a holiday villa sleeping 12 people. The villa has 440 m2 with the ground floor comprised of large living room full of light with a fireplace that leads to a magical kitchen with room for 12 to eat. A large dining room and master bedroom, bathroom, large storage room and technical room. The first floor has four large rooms each with its own bathroom and a sitting room with an enormous fireplace. From both the front and back of the villa two terraces can be reached, ideal for al fresco dining in the beautiful summer months.

One part is a home with an enchanting living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs a very large loft room. The second is a guest house connecting seamlessly the living and kitchen area with the woods and the garden surrounding the property, a double bedroom and large bathroom.

The location is ideal, easily accessible directly from the provincial road, with Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti respectively 3 and 8 km away. Therefore, offering more than one option for all the services you may need, and about 20 minutes drive to Siena.
