4. What is physical worship?
Any way of responding physically to God to honour him.
It can be spontaneous or planned.
Solomon put a lot of thought and planning to build a temple worthy of God. 1 Kings 6
Miriam spontaneously grabbed a tambourine with some other women and praised God for rescuing them at The Red Sea crossing! Ex 15:20

Psalm 47:1 Clap your hands, all you people
Ps.95:6 Come, let us bow down, let us kneel before our Maker
Ps 149:4 Let them praise with dancing, making melody with tambourine and lyre
Ps 22:23 Stand in awe of God

8. It needs to come from the heart!
Matt 6:5 But when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men.
Mark 7:6 Isaiah was right when he said ‘These people honour me with their lips but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain.
