Flu Shot Clinic
Starts Tuesday, September 29th in SSB Glenn Maloney Room
Sign up for the earlier clinics first
Only 2 SHAC volunteers every shift to
Help with line management and general organization
Take photos of students behind a Hook ‘em cutout after they get their shot (if they want to) and encourage them to tweet it
Ideally, want volunteers to sign up for 2 consecutive shifts to minimize re-organization and gaps in coverage

Wear your SHAC shirt!!
Wear your UHS nametag.
Please be present for the entire duration of the shift you signed up for.

9. Dues Dues will increase by $5 next week. Please pay your dues.

13. Research and Innovation – Other Organizations
Research and Innovations goes out into the UT student body by presenting to other student organizations on campus and surveying them for feedback regarding UHS.
Please help this subcommittee by filling out a form on HornsLink called “Member Orgs” under FORMS so that we will have a greater list of organizations SHAC can visit.
