Treatment with GLY significantly reduced absorbance values for strain KEI 1025 (A) at 20 and 40 mg/mL, but not at other concentrations. For strain ATCC (B) absorbance values were significantly reduced for cultures grown with 10, 20 or 40 mg/mL, but not with GLY 5 mg/mL. All data are mean + SEM and were analyzed using a 2-tailed Student's t-test (n = 3/group/strain).
