2. Goal
An efficient, accurate, highly-configurable storage system simulator.
Simulate behaviors of storage devices to understand storage performance and evaluate new architecture.
Support three kinds of storage devices, including RamDisk, flash memory, hard disk
Support multi-configuration, i.e. disk caching, scalability, etc.
