5 Staff Evaluation 90% thought that their understanding of the approach is “Very Good/Fairly Good” 100% expressed “Yes” that they preferred this method of working 85% expressed “Yes” that they had noticed changes in families since using the approach 94% felt they has received adequate training 100% thought that more staff should be trained to use the Solihull Approach
