6. Homework Procedures Algebra II CP Homework will be assigned daily.
Students are responsible to use the answer key posted on my staff website, or the back of the book, to check the accuracy of their own work.
Every class period starts with going over questions from the previous night’s homework.
Homework quizzes will be given every Friday at the beginning of class.
A homework quiz consists of 5 problems, each worth 1 point.
3 of the problems are taken directly from their homework – they will USE their homework binder to copy these problems onto their quiz.
2 of the problems are problems where they will show their understanding of the concepts.
So I’m testing them on two things…
1. Did they do their homework and check it with the keys?
2. Can they show their understanding of the concepts?
Grades are updated regularly on Pinnacle, please check.

While some graphing calculators are available in the classroom, I cannot supply a calculator to every student.

Homework help is available EVERY DAY in the Library. NHS Student Tutors are available for extra help in all subject areas. Computers are also available to do schoolwork.
