HUD Regional Relocation Specialists – provide local program and project support to HUD staff and grantees

4. URA / 49 CFR part 24
Applies to Federally funded programs/projects (some exceptions)
Triggers - Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Demolition
Permanent Displacement and Replacement Housing Payment

5. Section 104(d) / 24 CFR part 42
May apply if CDBG or HOME funds are used for the project
Triggers – Demolition or Conversion of lower income dwelling units
Two components:
Relocation Assistance
One-for-one replacement of housing demolished or converted
