Key system principles Definition
Financing incentive system for continuing training put in place by public authorities and improved with the support of the World Bank in 1996 to increase competitiveness Functioning The enterprises pay the training tax. They benefit from a certain amount of the tax through justifying the implementation of continuing training actions. Objectives of a cooperative system Encourage enterprises and in particular SMEs to do continuing training to increase their competitiveness.
