Provide specialist PE and sport support in cluster of primary age range schools and within their own school
Embed good practice – sustained by August 2013
Provide more competitive sport for all pupils – including School Games

Help schools to:
Create sustainable school sport competitions – within and between schools for all pupils
Involve staff, parents, local people and young leaders and volunteers to lead competitive sport
Engage in sport pupils who are less active or who do not have equal access to compete
