Development cooperation - conducted on the basis of a Multiannual Development Cooperation Programme This Programme includes the challenges facing Poland’s development cooperation system in the context of both global and regional changes. In the period development cooperation will be carried out in line with a new global development agenda adopted for during the UN Sustainable Development Summit in New York in September 2015.

Ukraine will focus on supporting good governance, human capital, entrepreneurship and the private sector

The Association Agreements with Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine signed by EU on 27 June 2014
Ukraine - the political part of the association agreement was not signed until March 2014, the second part of the agreement with the EU (free trade) was signed on 27 June 2014
On March 4, European Union member states ratified the association agreement between the EU and Ukraine (including Poland ).
The remaining member states sought to ratify the association agreements with Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia before the Riga Summit which took place on 21 May 2015
