Chapter 14: Transport DRIVING TIME AND REST PERIOD Law on working hours, mandatory rest periods of mobile workers and recording equipment in road transport is partially harmonized with Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2006 on the harmonisation of certain social legislation relating to road transport and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) Rulebook of method for downloading of relevant data from vehicle units and from driver cards Commission Regulation (EU) No 581/2010 of 1 July 2010 on the maximum periods for the downloading of relevant data from vehicle units and from driver cards M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter 14: TRANSPORT

Chapter 14: Transport ENFORCEMENT OF SOCIAL LEGISLATION Law on working hours, mandatory rest periods of mobile workers and recording equipment in road transport Regulation on the scope and structure of supervision of the driver, preparation and supervision of program content, the method of conducting the supervisory authority and control elements on the road and the premises of the operator are partially harmonized with Directive 2006/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2006 on minimum conditions for the implementation of Council Regulations (EEC) No 3820/85 and (EEC) No 3821/85 concerning social legislation relating to road transport activities and repealing Council Directive 88/599/EEC, (Amended by Commission Directive 2009/4/EC and Commission Directive 2009/5/EC M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter 14: TRANSPORT
