5 DISHWASHER AM SHIFT Hairnet, apron, wash hands, put on gloves Greet Mentors by Name (Justin, Tyler, Mike, Eric) Make sure silverware tub is filled with hot water and one pump of soaking solution Bus Dining area, unload dishes, return cart or tub Bus Atrium, unload dishes, return cart or tub Wash Dishes, trays, serving items Check clean end and catch if no one is there to do it. Change gloves before stacking clean dishes and trays MONDAYS – Empty bus tubs that hold the utensils and run through dishwasher Extra Jobs –If there are only pots and pans left- Ask Mentor for prep work if there are not many dishes. Clean stainless steel with paper towel and stainless steel spray cleaner. Stock clean dishes in front of house. Sweep and wash floors. Shift ends at 9:55. Wash hands, say goodbye to mentors. Meet at Lockers
