2 FH06 Introduction HDL-MFH06.432 Functions:
Use digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to detect the temperature, up to 13 digital sensors can be connected, maximum length of the sensor cable is 100 meters. 6 channels of separate PI Control, has floor heating, floor cooling function. Support electrical AC heat valve and 0-10V electrical heat valve. The range of temperature control is 5~40℃, the accuracy is 0.5℃. Support flush function, manually flush or timer controlled. Support master and slave mode. Support floor over heat protection, support temperature sensor failure protection. HDL-MFH06.432

check the connected temperature sensor information(ID, detected temp, etc)

5 Work Mode select channel ID
fully control: in charge of the controlling slave control: it just reacts the commands (relay on… relay off…) that sent to it if FH06 works in fully control mode, then DLP shall work in salve control mode; if FH06 works in slave control mode, then DLP shall work in fully control mode;

6 Temperature Source internal: refer to the temp of DS18B20 (up to 4) which is connected external: refer to the temp of external sensor average: refer to the average temp between internal sensor and external sensor Use to shut down floor heating if floor is overheated, so as to protect the floor. Internal: use floor heating module’s digital temperature sensor. External: use other device’s temperature sensor.

7 Working Setting PID: PID algorithm, suitable for controlling floor heating, recommend to tick. Output inversion: need to tick this option if a negative logic valve is used. Switch receive synchro, Mode receive synchro, Temp receive synchro: If checked, it will receive and execute the user input that broadcast from any DLP, so that one DLP can control all online SB-DN-FH06. Min Heating: standby heating level when target temp is reached. Control Cycle: recommend to use 15 minutes (turning on and off frequently is not good for relay

8 Target setting When the FH Status is changed(fully control mode), will trigger this targets When the relay status is changed(slave control mode), will trigger this targets

10 DLP-Fully Control FH06 ID(slave control mode)

11 Auto mode For auto mode, the HDL-MPL8.48 works in fully control mode.
