2. AMF Memorial Committee Mission Statement
The mission of the Memorial Committee is to evaluate the criteria for name placement on the Space Mirror Memorial and bring findings, conclusions and recommendations to the Astronauts Memorial Foundation Board of Directors.

3. Does the Memorial Committee see any circumstances where the names of individuals involved in one of the following should be placed on the Space Mirror Memorial:
A completely private space flight
A private flight piloted by a former NASA Astronaut
A joint private/US government space flight
4. Only US government sponsored space flights

4. Assuming that The Astronauts Memorial Foundation only selects astronauts to be placed on the  Space Mirror Memorial Wall, who do we consider to be eligible?
Individuals who have been selected to fly as a member of the U.S. Astronaut Corp?
Former members of the US Astronaut Corp flying any space missions?
Any individual flying in space:
As a commander
As a pilot
As a payload specialist
As a passenger
