We tailor programs to specifically address areas where training is needed. Supervisory training, Teambuilding, Specific Job Skills (computers, welding etc.) We provide adaptive and flexible programs to meet our partners’ needs.

Short-term Training Courses range from 1 class meeting to multiple weeks in length. These courses offer the flexibility for participants to obtain necessary training in very concise and focused formats. Courses typically end with a certificate upon successful completion of training.

WorkKeys Is a nationally recognized workforce development system consisting of 3 elements: Job Profiling, Skills Assessment & Training. WorkKeys has been adopted by the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce, the City & County school systems, and Wallace Community College.

WorkKeys As a result of adopting WorkKeys, over 100 jobs in our area have been profiled and more than 10,000 workers and students have been assessed. Identifies skill gaps and provides remedial instruction where deficiencies are noted. Career Readiness Certificates – Reading, Math, Locating Information. Shows potential employers existing job readiness skills
