Intention Please create an intention for your own personal learning today. An intention is a statement about how you want to be today or what you want to get out of today. Add your intention to the top of your agenda, then share with others at your table. Rationale: “Intentions create an integrated state of priming, a gearing up of our neural system to be in the mode of that specific intention.” Daniel Siegel from The Mindful Brain – in essence we are priming our brains to notice those actions, comments, opportunities and experiences that can bring our intention for us.
