Sell yourself, but do not lie or exaggerate! Focus on relevant information and skills

Experience and Skills Use STRONG verbs that show what you have ACCOMPLISHED. Don’t just list your “duties”. Describe your accomplishments Focus on Transferable Skills: Skills that can be utilized in different work places or situations Ability to deal with obstacles Ability to communicate clearly Ability to motivate or lead others Ability to attend to detail

Experience and Skills If you haven’t had work experience, focus on school involvement Employers (and colleges) appreciate leadership, extracurricular, and community service. Include (relevant) Achievements and Honors Eagle Soar, Athletic honors, scholarships etc
