Best Practices Online IFT request form must be used to request test dates (more info after this slide). If a date is requested and you are no longer in need of it, let our team know ASAP as that resource may be used for another event. Always print the applications off the web, don’t photocopy. Review apps with students for completeness. Check training completion date – it’s not always the same as graduation date Applications must arrive completed with fees no later than 10 business days before the event. Check to make sure each candidate is receiving an ATT letter. Candidates have the tendency to get incomplete status letters and not act on getting their applications completed. Don’t wait until roster come out to discover candidates are missing as no changes can be made after the 5 business day window passes before an event. Enhancements to IFT Event Request Process
All IFT Event Requests must be submittted using the approved Prometric In Facility Request Form available on the web ( In order for Prometric to process the request, the form must be completed accurately and in its entirety. Each event is then assigned a tracking number via with a roster form for identifying candidates associated with the event. Roster needs to be printed and submitted with applications/fees. Contact Information: Urgent issues/inquiries: option 2, option 1, option 2 Non-Urgent requests/ inquiries: Missing information on candidate application, please have the candidate call option 1 and respond to prompts.
