Law of Cosines – use if know 2 sides and the included angle or all 3 sides
The square of any side of a triangle is equal to the sum of the squares of the other 2 sides minus twice the product of those two sides times the cosine of the included angle. If one of the angles of a triangle is a right triangle then cos C = 0 and the Law of Cosines becomes ___________________.
