2 AYP Status Where are we? We were in Stage 1 AYP last year, TEA is still waiting for the United States Department of Education (USDE) to respond to the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) waiver request submitted to them earlier this year. We do not know when the USDE will make their decision but, when they do we will let everyone know
