4 Project Priority Methodology
Capacity Projects (Non-SIS and SIS). Same as last year, Completed projects are removed from the list, projects scheduled for construction in first three years are moved to the committed list and new projects are placed at the end of the priority list. Community Redevelopment Agency projects provided by Panama City Beach. Transportation Systems Management (TSM) projects are ranked based on TPO approved criteria.

5 Project Priority Methodology
Bike/Ped rankings based on TPO approved Criteria as recommended by a committee of the TCC and CAC. New rankings for Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP)projects ranked based on TPO approved criteria. Public Transportation related projects (listed by potential grants and furnished by the TPO’s public transportation staff in consultation with the region’s public transportation providers).

6 Project Priority Methodology
Aviation projects furnished by Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Port projects furnished by the Port Panama City. Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) Projects (furnished by TPO ‘s Air Quality Planner).

8 Where Have We Been? Two public workshops on April 25, 2017.
TPO and Advisory Committee Workshop on May 22, 2017. Comments and responses from the workshops are included in the agenda enclosure.

9 What’s Next? TPO and advisory committees workshop – June 29 at 9:00 a.m. in Bay County Government Center Room 1030. Adoption by TPO and advisory committees at their July meetings. Adopted priorities sent to FDOT by August 1.
