4. Project Priority Methodology
Capacity Projects (Non-SIS and SIS).
Same as last year, Completed projects are
removed from the list, projects scheduled for construction in first three years are moved to the committed list and new projects are placed at the
end of the priority list.
Community Redevelopment Agency projects provided by Panama City Beach.
Transportation Systems Management (TSM) projects
are ranked based on TPO approved criteria.

Bike/Ped rankings based on TPO approved
Criteria as recommended by a committee of the
TCC and CAC.
New rankings for Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP)projects ranked based on TPO approved criteria.
Public Transportation related projects (listed by potential grants and furnished by the TPO’s public transportation staff in consultation with
the region’s public transportation providers).
