Monroe Community Day - June Monroe Community Day is a public event where the community was able to visit with the alpacas. I was able to speak to the public about alpacas. The best was the fact of how much joy that the little kids get from seeing a princess and being able to be close up and personal with such a sweet and docile animal.

Pallas Hills Alpaca Farm Day
At Pallas Hills Alpaca Farm Day I spent the day with Mr. & Mrs. Carnell who own the farm. We welcomed people as they came in. I fed some of the animals on their farm, answered questions from the public, showed the people the different animals, and explained the different things that the alpacas are raised for. It was interesting to see another farms set up and point of view.
