2 Log in to SFDC & Setting up Engagement Request Tab (1/2)
Logging into the Salefsorce Environment: Link: salesforce.com SSO: CEC Userid & Password Step 1: Click ‘+’ on far right side of list of tabs Step 2: Click Customize my tabs

Step 3: Showing how to customize your tab view (please not these changes will not be retained for future test environment logins or for the live system once deployed). Follow the steps as shown in the diagram Result: You should now see your customized tab in the order you placed it.

4 Submitting a CPOC Request – Getting to the request form (1/1)
Step 1: Click on the Customer Engagements & Events Tab Step 3: Click the drop down arrow by record type and select Customer Proof of Concept (CPOC) Step 2: Click on the ’New’ Button Step 4: Click the Continue button Result: You should now see the CPOC Engagement form

Note: It is required to have a Deal ID or Opportunity Name in order to submit a request – have it handy to submit a request Example Account Used : HYUNDAI CAPITAL AMERICA Example Opportunity Used : HCA knoxville west coast collection 4) Select the type of test 1) Enter the number of attendees for each type 2) Click the entry box to bring up the calendar and select the Customer Arrival date. 4) Select number of days for customer testing 5) Select delivery type then click right arrow to add 3) Select the CPOC lab for your test. 6) Select Type

6 Submitting a CPOC Request – Filling out Contact Information (1/1) Note) Your address will appear here as the requestor. 1) Enter the Primary SE for the customer visit – if that is you, enter your address again 2) Enter the Primary SE Manager’s

7 Submitting a CPOC Request – Filling out Opportunity & Request Details (1/1)
Example Account Used : HYUNDAI CAPITAL AMERICA Example Opportunity Used : HCA knoxville west coast collection Enter Opportunity Name or Deal ID in entry box– click search spyglass From Pop up – Select opportunity name that applies 5) Enter high level test objectives Enter Account Name in entry box– click search spyglass From Pop up – Select account name that applies 6) Click drop down arrow and Select Primary Architecture 7) Select all the key technology then click the right arrow, repeat until you added all the key technologies that apply

8 Submitting a CPOC Request – Completing the submission (1/1)
Review the form for completeness and accuracy. Once the save button is clicked you will not be able to edit the request form 1) Click the Save button to submit the CPOC request Result: If you did not receive any errors regarding your entry A page refresh occurs with an engagement request # (CEE-XXXXXX) The visit details you entered are included along with the information that the scheduler must enter in order to formally schedule your test (When the system is live) you will receive an automated regarding your submission and when request form modifications are made.

9 New Best Practices Use the Chatter feed for any questions, updates, adding your topology and testplan, etc regarding this request with the CPOC Scheduler and team Click the + to receive notifications for questions or updates that the CPOC team has for you You are not required to add a Network Topology or Test plan at the time of request entry You will need to add them before the event is formally scheduled Documents can be added in the chatter feed (recommended) or In the Notes & Attachments section

11 Verify Notes to AM & Schedulers appear in red text above “ Visit Details” section in the request form. Verify the required information to be provided by the requestor is contained within the form: Visit Details: Number of Cisco Attendees, Number of Customer Attendees, Number of partner Attendees, Requested Customer Arrival Date, Requested Customer End Date, Preferred Lab, Service Type, Requested Days, Delivery Type, Type, Contact Information: Your (Requestor ), SE , SE Manager , Additional IDs Opportunity & Request Details: Opportunity/Deal ID, Account, Additional Upside (USD), IDs of Customer, Test Objectives, Primary Architecture, Key Technology Verify optional information fields are in the form. Visit Details: Additional Comments Contact Information: Additional IDs Opportunity & Request Details: IDs of Customer, Additional Upside (USD) Verify auto-populated information is correct within the form (*- notes that the field is dependent on the preferred lab) Visit Details: Primary Scheduler*, Secondary Scheduler*, Total Number of Attendees – sum of Cisco, Customer and Partner Attendees, Request Status Status is “Submitted” Contact Information: Account Manager’s , CPOC Lab Mailer* Opportunity & Request Details: Theater, City, Country State/Province Verify fields containing help text hover overs display message by placing cursor over circles containing “?” Visit Details: Number of Cisco Attendees, Number of Customer Attendees, Number of, Partner Attendees, Additional Comments, Preferred Lab, Service Type, Request Status Opportunity & Request Details: Opportunity/Deal ID, Additional Upside, IDs of Customer Verify Toggle buttons collapse and expand details for sections in the request form Visit Details, Contact Information, Opportunity & Request Details, Scheduled Event Details
