Assurance Go/No-Go Criteria
Majority of large suppliers must be ready to implement the schema update and be in a position to upgrade their MPCC to the new configuration two weeks prior to the schema go-live

Conditions Precedent Must only be used to support customer registration activity ESB Networks is responsible for all operational aspects, including making adjustments as necessary to maintain acceptable service levels for the Market as a whole Broker solution subject to independent assurance as determined by RMDS

Design Guidelines/Principles Queries must be manually initiated by a user No MPRN must be queried more than once by same broker solution within 24hr period Suppliers must declare their intention of implementing a Broker Solution prior to development

Operational Guidelines (Suppliers) One Broker Solution is entitled to one Extranet connection with a declared username Suppliers must nominate and provide contact details for their administrator and alternate Pilot phase may be applied to a new Broker Solution to monitor traffic Users must be trained in acceptable use

Operational Guidelines (ESBN) Extranet channels divided into two groups manual queries and broker Wherever possible advance notice will be provided for HTML changes, unexpected changes reported at the next IGG Suppliers will be contacted if they place unacceptable load, if not alleviated ESBN may temporary disable Broker ID’s
