This service package provides advice and guidance in partner/customer led Employee Central implementation projects on Solution Design, Functional Design and Technical Integration. It supports the partner/customer led implementation project throughout the entire implementation project with a continuous involvement and support as well as formal review reports on certain milestones. Basically it reduces implementation risks and does an end to end solution validation. Optionally before the partner led implementation project a planning service can be delivered, which conducts workshops to analyze the customer situation and deliver an advise on the scope of the Cloud Service project, Design, Architecture, Business Process design recommendations and phased/prioritized deployment plan.
