Transition from job to job (Career change)
Task change - Moving from one task to another within the same job and location Position change - Same employee but slight shift of the position, moving in another firm or company. Occupational change - Transition from one set of duties i.e. shifting totally from one set of duties to another e.g. From teacher to bank taller

Interest – not pleased by the job Expectations – job not meeting the needs Job of others choice Poor working conditions Employer’s behaviour Too demanding No leisure Limited professional advancement Organizational change/crisis

Broaden your social capital – live well with others Don't be the “know all” person – allow some learning, you are not perfect Honest & faithfulness principle Love and care your working environment
