9. HM Treasury Guarantee
HMT Guarantee: The Chancellor’s August and October 2016 statements guarantee funding for UK partners in EU cooperation projects where funding agreements are in place and these projects continue beyond the UK’s departure from the EU.
Scottish Government has confirmed it will pass on the current UK Government guarantees in full to Scottish stakeholders (announced by Mr Mackay on 2 November 2016) to provide stability and certainty for these key sectors of the Scottish economy
