2 Careers Guidance Service
Career Grade Careers Guidance Service Feedback from recent users of the service “I am so grateful for all the advice I have received. I had replies to all my questions. I felt truly supported and understood Thank you very much.” - Consultant paediatrician “I think this service fills a big gap, especially for specialty doctors. The progress of specialty doctors could easily get stuck in the current systems. This service could give a lot of help to those doctors who want further progress.” - SAS paediatrician “I found it very useful - both practically but also how it really was completely non-judgmental and supportive to be able to talk. I was able to have a completely confidential chat with someone experienced and understanding. I felt able to talk openly about my situation, both in and out of work.” RCPCH offers a paediatric careers guidance service to Consultant, SAS and other Trust grade members via a national network of paediatric careers advisors.
