Characteristics of Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome (MPS-VI). Similar but milder coarse facies than patients with Hurler syndrome (low nasal bridge, hypertelorism, full cheeks and lips, bushy eyebrows), patients with Maroteaux-Lamy may present with short stature, protruding abdomen, and hepatosplenomegaly.
