We have 2 more months and the year of 2013 is over!! Could you believe it? I always review my life by the end of this year, and look back what I have achieved for the past few months and whether I have achieved anything so far? I was crowned consecutively twice in year 2012 and 2013 as Queen of Sales for Sales Director category (across Singapore and Malaysia, beaten 300 directors), and also produced a very strong offspring SSD Joey Song. Everyone at the seminar often ask about how I started? They wanted to know every detail from the day I began up to today. My answer is always the same – Skincare classes. I did what was before me. As I move up the career path in Mary Kay slowly, I also focus more on the positive side of life and whatever that distracted me from my business, I will just ignored. I will only focus on what I wanted to achieve. The joy of this business is also seeing all of my customers having good skin, and hence raised their self-esteem / confidence. I am amazed at the many lives that I have enriched and changed. Seeing all of my customers have good skin really makes me feel good. All of us should have good skin to look good and feel good and we should never compromise ourselves by not having the best in lives and in all areas of our lives.

2 In our era today, I know so many people want fast success, but when I’m on Mary Kay path and responding to what the Universe presents to me. I think the most powerful work we do happens gradually over time. It’s almost as though we don’t realise it’s happening. We look back and think, Oh my, look at all that!” After almost 4 years in Mary Kay, I realised that Golden Rule in Mary Kay, really meant having the right heart – a golden heart to do this! I am so happy to find the right people to work with and they all have such great golden heart to do this! I am so proud especially of our Star Consultants – Siti, Suhaila, Alyssa, Melisa, Cindy, Ann, Fauziah and Summer, I know that you all are ON your way to becoming Sales Directors in a MATTER OF TIME! I have Faith in all of you! Being willing to take chances and keep moving forward without knowing the outcome! MIRACLES DO HAPPEN in MARY KAY! I love you all Team members! I thank God, Mary Kay and my family and my team members for being with me and supported my career always!

13 Debrief for all Consultants while you attend my classes!
Every Thurs at 7pm it’s our skincare/makeup open class. You can bring your guests, however you are required to bring your own products for your guests. After the whole skincare class, let’s sit down together and do debrief. As you can see from the above flow of the class, there are 3 parts. To all New Consultants, please memorise the following when you attend my classes: For first class, memorise what I did for part 1. Then when you come for the second class, memorise what I did for part 2 and then when you come for third class, memorise what I did for part 3. During the classes, you can record or video taped me during the classes. This business is all about duplicating . Just duplicate what I did. And treat all your guests with the “Make me Feel Important” attitude. Tell me also your learning key points and what can you improve from there. Challenge for all Consultants (1 to 31 Oct 2013)– If you feel that you are ready, call me to observe your classes. Consultants who conduct at least 3 classes, will get a special gift from me!  SMS me at when you have finished conducting 3 classes!
