Act 34 -  Pennsylvania Criminal History Background Check 
Act Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance Form
2.  Complete TB Testing
3.  Complete the online Volunteer Registration Form
4.  Bring in your completed volunteer packet:
Completed Volunteer Registration Form
Criminal History Background Check
Child Abuse History Certificate
WAIT for Approval by Board of School Directors
