No one is responsible for backups
No support on application & database servers
Refresh of test database is chargeable
No one to create printers.
Server performance slow.
Servers were sized for 30 – 40 users per college.
Much more users per college (e.g. Orbit over 100).
I-Enablers being used – should be on different server – FETS network.
Test databases on same servers.
“Run away processors” – no proactive monitoring (no DBA SLA).
