In Module 2 of the 2degrees accreditation training we’ll take a closer look at the plans & offers available

2. Pay Monthly plans
Here are the Pay Monthly plans. They start at only $30 per month, right up to $70 per month providing generous amounts of minutes and data. You should always check online via your IBO Direct StoreFront for the latest plan pricing and inclusions.

If you or your customers have a Pay Monthly Plan, AND a tablet or modem that uses a 2degrees SIM you can take advantage of 2degrees Shared Data.
This means customers don’t need to worry about buying separate Data Packs for all their devices, they can simply share the data from their Plan across 5 devices. And if you need a little bit more data then simply add a Data Pack to your Plan and you can use that across 5 devices with a 2degrees SIM.

4. Mobile Repayment Options (MRO)
With 2degrees you and your customers can also get the latest smartphone with a great value plan for a more affordable price. You’ll pay just $29 upfront and the rest over 24 months in easy, monthly interest-free instalments for selected devices.

If you or your customer is interested in signing up to a 2degrees Pay Monthly plan via ACN, there are some steps you need to follow.
Firstly, you need to meet the minimum requirements regarding age, identification plus have a physical & address
You need to sign up via your Direct StoreFront or the ACN website so that you can claim the points and commissions
Once some basic customer information has been entered you will be directed to the 2degrees online store where a plan can be selected and the online sign up process can be completed. It’s really important that when signing up, the customer information entered in the ACN portal matches both your government identification AND the details entered on the 2degrees online store otherwise you may not receive the points and commissions for the sale. We’ll talk more about this in the next module.
The application will finally go through a credit checking process. If the customer information entered in the ACN portal and/or the 2degrees online store does not EXACTLY match with the customer’s government identification, this may result in a credit check decline so please drive this message home with your customers to give them a better chance of being credit approved and to help them have a good sign up experience.

There are some key things you need to remember & inform your customers of when it comes to 2degrees billing:
2degrees only provide billing
Your customer will become a 2degrees customer so 2degrees will bill them directly – they will not receive bills from ACN for these services
Customers can pay their bills via
Direct debit
Credit card
2degrees stores
New Zealand Post Offices
It’s important your customers pay their bills on time to avoid incurring a late payment fee
