2. About Professor Russ Corsini
Retired from Deloitte as Operations Director for India; has also been CFO of a NYSE company and director of a NASDAQ company; serves on the boards of several nonprofits
Extensive international experience with Deloitte and The Gillette Company
Worked and lived with his family in Argentina, Venezuela and Central America
Fluent in Spanish
Led ICP Latin America teams in (Mexico), 2010 (Peru), 2011, 2012, , 2014, 2015 and 2016 to Chile
2014 ICP Chile Group with Professor Corsini at Universidad del Desarrollo

3. Course Particulars Class meets on Mondays, 5:30-6:50pm in Fulton 310
Work in two teams of six on two separate companies
Research and problem solving done at BC with use of , Skype and conference calls for regular client contact
Final deliverables: Present recommendations to clients in Chile

4. Consulting Project Assignment
Using primary and secondary sources, research and define the markets and distribution channels specific to each company’s product lines
Research potential distribution partners in the United States

7. Transport The Country To The City
Growing interconnected intelligent systems
Linking intuitive design technology and nature
Have designed, produce and deliver an easy to assemble and use growing pod for use in an urban setting
Provides free food weekly to kids
We will assess the US market opportunity and market entry strategy

8. Travel to Santiago Capital of Chile Headquarter of our clients
One of Latin America’s most vibrant and modern cities
Tour both colonial and modern Santiago with its fine shops, cafes and restaurants
Meet with BC alumni and local business professionals

9. Travel to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar
Travel to the west coast, touring a vineyard, the historic Port of Valparaiso and the resort town of Vina del Mar

10. Scheduling, Costs and Application
Class begins on January 19, 2016
Depart from Boston for Santiago on Saturday, May 7th
Return to Boston on Sunday, May 15th

Approximately $3200 per student
Group price covers airfare, airport transfers, company visits, sightseeing, hotel (double occupancy), daily breakfast
