2. Step 1
Place 2 C of flour and ¼ tsp salt in a mound on the counter- make a well

3. In a bowl…
Add 1 T milk, 1 tsp olive oil and 3 eggs

4. Mix well

5. Add egg mixture to well
Do this a little at a time

6. Stir mixture from the edge of the egg
Mix until all flour is mixed in

7. Form the dough into a ball

8. Knead until smooth and elastic
About 5 minutes

9. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it sit about 10 minutes
While it is sitting,
Set up pasta maker
Clean up kitchen

10. Run pasta through the pasta maker
Set it to 7
Fold in half
Run through again then change the thickness

11. Let pasta sit
About 5 minutes
Get bin and lightly flour bottom

12. Run past through the cutter
Separate the pasta and place it in the floured bin

13. What do we do today? Measure flour and salt- place in a labeled bowl
Make sure you have 1 dozen eggs in fridge
Put meatballs in bowl, wrap and label
