2 Where is New Mexico New Mexico shares a border with Texas and Oklahoma to the east, and Arizona borders the state to the west. Colorado borders New Mexico to the north and Texas and Chihuahua, Mexico, border the state to the south.

3 The major cities of new Mexico and its capital
Santa Fe is the capital of New Mexico. It is the fourth-largest city in the state and is the seat of Santa Fe County. Santa Fe is also the oldest capital city in the United States. Some of the other major cities in New Mexico is Rio rancho and Las Cruces.

4 What to do in New Mexico Santa Fe is the place to go if you are going to new Mexico. It is very fun their because they have a very popular Indian museum of art and culture they also have the best opera house in the us . They also have the Hyde memorial state park which has a very nice view of the mountains. Santa Rosa is the best place to go if you love to swim you can scuba dive play around with water slide and the water is cold and is about 36 feet deep.
