What is Paleo Diet? Paleo refers to the Paleolithic era. The mindset of it is that you have to eat as few processed foods as possible and try to eat (not saying that you have to eat raw) but more of an unprocessed or unrefined foods. You will be getting a lot of carbs as well. This means that if you are used to eating oatmeal for breakfast or brown rice and pasta for your carbs (even those that aren’t very refined), these are out of the picture when you are having Paleo diet as your natural bodybuilding diet.
