It summarizes creation of the earth and the garden of Eden, and refers to the lives of Abraham, Isaac and prophecies of Isaiah

3. Meaning of some names, titles, and events
“Jesus” is the Greek for the Jewish name “Joshua”,
which means “God saves”.
“Christ” is the Greek word for the Hebrew/Jewish
name “Messiah”, which means “the Anointed One”.
“Passover”; the Jewish people celebrate Passover as
a commemoration of their liberation by God from slavery
in Egypt and their freedom as a nation under the
leadership of Moses.

During another visit to Jerusalem years later, Jesus stays three days to listen to rabbis (religious teachers) in the temple.
