4. When and Where are we going?
Requested travel date: 5/31-6/8, 2018 Our departure date window is 5/27/2016 – 6/04/2016 Exact tour itinerary and travel dates are not confirmed until 70 days prior to departure, so please be flexible. Please refer to the itinerary sheet for destination information.

5. Rooming Students will room in triples or quads with others of the same gender from the entire tour group. This may mean that students from different schools may room together. Adults are placed in twin accommodations (a hotel room with two beds) with another adult. This may mean that adults from different schools may room together. Students may request twin accommodations (a hotel room with two single beds) for an additional $30 per hotel night per student. Adults can request a single room for an additional $40 per hotel. WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Spending money for free time activities, souvenirs, beverages, lunches and snacks ($30-$65 per day) Tips for your Tour Director, bus driver and local guides (around $10 per day) Passport fee These are all necessities each traveler will be responsible for on this tour.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS All travelers are responsible for securing necessary documentation Valid passports are required for all travelers Passports may take up to 14 weeks to process Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents Important note: Passports must be valid for at least six months after our scheduled return date

How to sign up for the Japan Trip
Enrollment: All travelers must pay the non-refundable, non-transferable $95 deposit upon enrollment in order for the enrollment to be complete.
