6. HPL Technical Officials
Two Match Technical Delegates across both men’s and women’s League
The appointed Match Technical Delegate will lead the Technical Officials team in all technical aspects of the field of play, ensuring rules / regulations of competition are upheld and be the point of contact for the participating teams.
The Technical Officials team will comprise:
1 Match Technical Delegate
2 International umpires (via FIH)
1 Video Umpire- to act as a reserve (via FIH)
2 Local Judges (provided by Host National Association and approved by FIH)
