Improve financial aid processes through workflow and online interactive forms in collaboration with ESS E-Services.

AtD cohort percentage who filed the FAFSA for was 55.9% compared to %, a 3.8% increase.
Overall student body who filed the FAFSA for was 48.1% compared to %, a 5.9% increase.
Received 9,138 FAFSA’s prior to the first day of class. 10,610 through close of schedule adjustment.

Student loans disbursed by close of schedule adjustment for Fall 2009-$4,972,392 to 1,600 students.
Through 11/12/09 the Financial Aid Office has disbursed $8,858,868 to 2,852 students.

6. Fall 2009 Summary
Total financial resources received by students through 11/16/2009 was $19,439,436.
77.6% of OCCC students who enrolled and filed a FAFSA received some form of Title IV financial aid.
42.8% of the overall student body received financial resources for Fall 2009.
