Status of Initiatives Early contact with Oklahoma’s Promise and Concurrently enrolled high school seniors (458 students). Improve financial aid processes through workflow and online interactive forms in collaboration with ESS E-Services. Financial Aid Event for Current Students (December 7, 2009). Develop a professionally oriented loan team.

Facts and Figures AtD cohort percentage who filed the FAFSA for was 55.9% compared to %, a 3.8% increase. Overall student body who filed the FAFSA for was 48.1% compared to %, a 5.9% increase. Received 9,138 FAFSA’s prior to the first day of class. 10,610 through close of schedule adjustment.

Pell Grant Recipients Through 11/12/2009 the Financial Aid Office has disbursed $7,365,644 of Pell Grants to 3,924 students. Student Loan Data Student loans disbursed prior to the first day of classes for Fall 2009-$3,532,096 to 1,148 students. Student loans disbursed by close of schedule adjustment for Fall 2009-$4,972,392 to 1,600 students. Through 11/12/09 the Financial Aid Office has disbursed $8,858,868 to 2,852 students.

Fall 2009 Summary Total financial resources received by students through 11/16/2009 was $19,439,436. 77.6% of OCCC students who enrolled and filed a FAFSA received some form of Title IV financial aid. 42.8% of the overall student body received financial resources for Fall 2009.
