1 The judges

2 Who are the Judges of the CWIA
The judges of the Caribbean Wedding Industry Awards have years of experience in planning weddings internationally and have a tremendous track record in the industry. We carefully selected these judges on this basis so that our nominees would be fairly judged by qualified persons.

3 Angela Proffitt is a celebrity wedding planner, entrepreneur, and productivity coach with more than 10 years of experience in the wedding and event industry. Angela is the owner and lead designer for Vivid Experiences, a full-service event and wedding planning company. With the help of her team, Angela's work has been featured in more than 100 publications, including People magazine, Us Weekly, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine, and Style Me Pretty. In 2012, she was recognized as one of the best wedding and event planners by Nashville Scene's "Best of Nashville." Angela is now a regular columnist for Beautiful Bride Magazine. Angela has become known as the wedding therapist because of her commitment to both brides and wedding planners. Through her books, online classes, live events and one-on-one coaching, more wedding industry professionals are achieving success. 4 Kylie was in the event industry herself for over 15 years and learnt from the ground up while living in London. Interning for a small event company her passion was ignited and she then spent a further two years travelling from event to event across America learning from some of the best in the industry. From large colourful productions to small intimate weddings she soaked up every bit of knowledge she could before taking those first tentative steps on her own. She decided it was time to start her own business with very little in her pocket other than a confidence in her abilities. With a wealth of knowledge in planning and design, as well as running a highly successful business, she identified a need in the wedding and events industry for a dedicated form of education led by industry professionals and so the Australian Academy of Wedding and Event Planning was born. Kylie Carlson CEO The Wedding & Event Institute UK
