All students will take their picture on Wednesday, August 17th. Friday, September 9th is the make up day.
Leadership students will come to your class
Pass out the bar code cards before leaving room
Bring unclaimed cards back to cafeteria
Students without card go to table to get one
All students take pictures
Wait at a table so students can group up
Return to class together as a group

6. $40 ID Lanyard $30 Academic Fee
- Students can pay that day or to any teacher with a receipt book (list will be provided).
All students will receive their ID
Obligations will be issued for students who do not pay the ID fee by the deadline

Submit dates to be added to the school calendar
Consider pins for students to add to their lanyard

10. Display Boards
Create a tri-fold project board to advertise your club, organization, academy, or sport
Boards will NOT be returned.
Do NOT make a year specific board so that they can be reused.
Boards will be displayed at family nights, Open House, and the Freshmen Orientation

11. Membership Cards Submit official membership cards to be laminated
If a membership card does not exist, laminated card will be created for you
A membership list must be provided
Use the cards as lunch passes
Remember to collect cards from
students that are no longer members
The first card is free. There will be a
replacement fee for reprints.
This serves two purposes
Lunch passes for meetings
Another way to “bling” the ID

Don’t throw anything away
Ask friends, family, and neighbors for left over items after their garage sale
Items can be stored at school

15. Faculty Shirt Order by Sept. 20 Shirts average $30
Provide your own shirt- $10
I have examples!!!!

16. Hospitality Fund $20 from every teacher
Pays for cards, flowers, plants, etc. for sympathy and congratulations (as deemed by the committee)
If you choose not to contribute, then you will not receive.
Pay in room
Deadline is October 4th.

17. First Week Faculty Celebration
All faculty and staff members are invited to attend. Get to know your colleagues and celebrate a successful first week of school. More Information will be placed in your mailboxes.
