1 Adding your E-mail account
Identify your Outlook Mail tile on your home screen Tap on the tile to open the Outlook Mail function If this is the first time the phone has been used you will need to tap on Get Started/Add Account & pick up from number 4 on the next slide.

2 1. Swipe from top > All settings
2. Settings > Accounts 3. Accounts > Your and accounts 4. Your and accounts > Add account

3 5. Select Exchange account 6. Insert your @nhs.net
address > click next 7. Insert your password > click on sign in 8. Click on Done You will be asked to set up a numerical passcode . We suggest you limit this to 4 digits. This code will become your phone passcode. Access your s from your home screen via the Outlook Mail tile. Tap Ready to go if this is the first time you have set up an account.

4 Using Select from list – if you tap on this another screen will appear – see Using 3 slide. Create new Synchronise account

5 Using E-mail (2) Delete Reply Reply all Forward
< > - use arrows to navigate up or down your inbox list from within an open

6 Using (3) Select - as many items in the list as you want to perform bulk activity – eg delete Delete Move selected item to … eg another file or folder

7 Using (4) Send Type recipient address in the To field. Possible addresses from your contacts will appear and you can tap on the name to add. You can add as many names as required.
