Important to establish strong working relationship with P&Z and monitor FAA’s tall structure process Mitigation no substitute for land use planning. Establish relationship with P&Z but even their advice is sometimes ignored. Reach out to councils and supervisors, and tenants so they are there when you need them Data sharing – work with nearby airports to share information about available parking space, services, interruptions in service, Etc. especially for special events.
