9. Steel Doors Light weight Don’t have to be painted
Have a longer warranty, many different styles
Uneven concrete would possibly cause the door to not operate correctly
The fix for the above would be the owner’s expense and it can be done relatively easy and is just a one time expense that goes with installing the door.
Or the rubber bulb bottom would be enough to correct the unevenness of the concrete
