Course Selection February 9-Course Selection Sheets distributed
Students obtain teacher recommendation and parent signatures February 14-Student Portal is opened to allow entry via the student’s Power School February 21-deadline to turn in course selection sheets to advisory teachers

Keystones Examinations
Class of 2019 and beyond must be proficient on the Keystones Algebra I, Biology, Literature Classes are scheduled to support students in completing this requirement Year Long Algebra and Biology, English 11

Twenty-six and a half (26.5) credits total SUBJECT CREDITS English Mathematics Social Studies Science Arts and Humanities Physical Education and Health 1.5 Electives

Levels are based upon teacher recommendation. Level Change waiver is available from guidance. 3 step Process 1. Completion of course selection worksheet Teacher recommendations/signatures Parent signatures 2. Access course requesting through PowerSchool 3. Requests will be verified in advisories, cross referenced with course selection sheets Students cannot pick semesters for courses Courses will be balanced based upon master schedule
